The rotary vacuum pump "RPV06" achieves space-saving and top-level efficiency in the industry by adopting a special rotor shape! It contributes to energy savings by providing a high exhaust speed with the same power consumption. Additionally, the rotating parts, including the rotor, are designed to minimize vibration, resulting in low vibration and quiet operation. The use of a magnetic coupling eliminates sliding at the sealing part, ensuring high durability and eliminating maintenance due to seal wear. Furthermore, there is no heat generation from sliding seals, and combined with forced air cooling, it achieves low heat generation. The material used is a super engineering plastic with excellent self-lubrication and wear resistance, and special treatment on the surface contributes to lightweight and long lifespan. Low-dust and low-volatility vacuum cleaning grease is used, eliminating the need for lubrication. Together with the few sliding parts, it minimizes contamination of the surrounding environment from wear particles. Of course, it complies with RoHS directives and CE marking. It offers types for two-stage series connection, two-stage parallel connection, and three-stage parallel connection. With a rich array of options, it allows for operation tailored to specific needs.
